How is it that its 33C outside and I have a cold that is threatening to explode my eardrums every time I sneeze?

Your body went into overdirve cooling mode and can't find the off switch... Danger Danger... But minus the flashing... :)

Probably the same reason I've had a three day headache and no alcohol in the last week. We're not meant to feel good at this time of year.

Bleah. :( Reminds me of when I got a cold and chest infection up in Cairns a couple years ago. The temperature was consistently in the 30s I think.

Think I've poured about 3L of liquid into my mouth, but its all coming out my nose. Someone was saying yesterday that it seems harder to overcome a cold when its warm...

Bleah. :|

I tend to think that having to deal with excessive heat is also placing a strain on your body and might reduce your ability to fight off whatever it is you've got in the same sort of way other extreme conditions will. I like the theory anyway. ;)
