Yay, the Cthulhu game that me, z3nmaster and Ian are writing, Generation Gap finally got a playtest. The first session took a bit of a beating but came out alive, the second one worked ok. The third one .. needs work. It doesn't need completely rebuilding, but some aspects need highlighting, and others need to be toned down. We've got a bit over a week, so it should be ok.

One thing we wanted to test was whether you could successfully play only one of the sessions and still have a complete story, and I think that the answer is yes. The fact that you don't play the same characters each time - seperated by 50 years each time, that would be a bit exciting - makes it much easier to do this.

Thanks to all the lovely folks who gave up chunks of their time to help us hammer the story and find the holes :-)

Now we just need players at the con.

I'm sure you'll figure the kinks out soon. Have fun, and I'll give you a shout when / if I figure any advice out.
