January: helped run my last Arcanacon
February: replaced arch, realised bigpond were fucking me by invisibly dropping mail, finally organised a dinner for the not-bryan wolfie folks, began asking for heater to be made working by the REA
March: went to a dinner dance thing, went to a murp camp, ran a game at Conquest, tried to get the heater fixed
April: finally finished a christmas present for 2006 that I was making, went to Fauxcon, tried to get the heater fixed
May: realised my bike was trying to kill me, went and saw NIN, tried to get the heater fixed
June: went to retrocon, planted some new plants, tried to get the heater fixed, had a surprise 60th for my mum
July: realised my bike was trying to kill everyone, tried to get the heater fixed
August: finally got the heater fixed, finally got my xmas chair, murp camp
September: got my brain scanned, got 1TB of harddrive
October: went to some baby birthdays, finally got the blurb for our Arc game up, ranted at people about politics
November: hung out with Sarah when she came out to Australia (hooray!), watched my neice go from single words to involved sentances in 4 weeks, laughed endlessly at the election
December: did the summer camp thing, finally finished the UA prelude after two years, christmas and new years...

.. as well as innumerable parties, picnics and pubs, ran lots of roleplaying sessions, hung out with fun people, pulled up and put down plants, patted my dog, and sent an awful lot of email. :)

What I didn't manage: get away from telstra ($), get more wolfie sessions run (time), genealogy stuff done (time), various programming projects more developed (time), various other projects (time, organisation)

Not entirely sure what's going to happen this year... got a game to run at Arcanacon. I'll go to other Cons. There are people booking parties months ahead. Need to go get myself a new bike. I will probably go to murp camps. I guess that I will just have to wait and see where things go :)

So.... you got 1TB added to your brain then? There was plenty of space for it? ;p

Ok... going back to work now. :)

man, that would have been sweet. :) It certainly would have made trying to remember things easier....

It's the other way around, but don't tell anyone.
It's a bit like the scheme in "Johnny Mnemonic", where they're using a portion of D's brain to store/transport information (hey, someone has to put it to good use...the rest can be simulated by rolling a d20).
